The Mangers is a cosy property all on one level, suitable for wheelchair users, with its wider doorways and ramped access. It is light and airy with large windows overlooking its own enclosed patio garden and shingle courtyard with fountain. Its original use was as a shelter and feeding place for cattle.
Close by there is a spacious games barn, which has a full size snooker table, pool table, table tennis table and two chill out areas with comfortable furniture to read and while away your day when not out walking in our beautiful countryside, on one of our beautiful beaches or nature reserves.
Shop and Cafe (Andy’s General Store - wines, spirits, newspapers, snacks and sundries) Open 7 days a week from 7am - 7pm. - 0.7 miles Pub - The Crown in East Rudham: 1.9 miles (less than 5 minute drive).
Please note we do have Wi-Fi but it can be very intermittent also the mobile phone reception depends on your provider so there is a possibility of you having no signal.
Open Plan Room with Sitting Area attractively furnished with comfortable seating, WiFi ,phone signal is low and depends on provider, TV, DVD player and CD radio.
Dining Area with dining table and chairs.
Kitchen Area with electric cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 with a single bed.
Bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and wc -

Games barn: Superb large bright and airy games barn across the courtyard housing a snooker table, pool table, table tennis and cosy furniture.
Parking: For two cars for each property.

Also Provided: Towels and bed linen. (cot and high chair on request)
Pets: 'Well behaved' dogs are welcome in property. Please be aware of our booking information regarding pets, there is a £20 fee per pet per stay.
