Arabella, named after one of the farm horses, was an original farm building which has been converted to provide self-catering accommodation that is both attractive and comfortable, offering traditional charm combined with style and comfort of modern living. A spacious, light open plan cottage with patio doors leading to attractive seating area.
Across the courtyard there is a large, airy and bright games barn, which has a full size snooker table, pool table, table tennis table, two chill out areas with comfortable furniture to read and while away your day when not out walking in our beautiful countryside, on one of our beautiful beaches or nature reserves.
Please note we do have Wi-Fi but it can be very intermittent also the mobile phone reception depends on your provider so there is a possibility of you having no signal.
Shop and Cafe (Andy’s General Store - wines, spirits, newspapers, snacks and sundries) Open 7 days a week from 7am - 7pm. - 0.7 miles Pub - The Crown in East Rudham: 1.9 miles (less than 5 minute drive).

Parking: For two cars for each property.
Heating: O.F.C.H.
Also Provided: Towels and bed linen.
Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome in property. Please be aware of our booking information regarding pets, there is a £20 fee per pet per stay.
Notes: The layout of the first floor galleried bedrooms open to each other and therefore best suited to family use.
